The Project
In this project I was assigned with the task to create a CI for a company called Burly Butchery. 

The logo creation was inspired by the word ‘Burly’ from the companies name that means large & strong. The horns stand for two things, as arms for a flexing butcher but also the literal meaning of the large bison which happens to be one of the strongest herbivores in the world.
Burly Butchery
Niche butchery catering for meat lovers/foodies. Meat will be dry-aged at the butchery in beautifully designed store. See-through fridges and cellars in store to showcase the aging room for customers to EXPERIENCE the process and see the available cuts. The idea is to create a different type of experience for the customer. Not the everyday butchery where you walk in buy your meat and walk out. Opportunity for the customer to select a cut for a special occasion in advance before the cut goes into the aging process. Client to receive updates throughout until the cut is aged and ready for collection.

3. Wine Pairing and Function room
4. Coffee Station
5. Knife Sharpening facilities for restaurants or clients
6. Meals
7. Rotisserie chicken, lamb ribs

10. Packaged meat delivery
